Kobayahsi have been making tasty noodles in Gifu, for more than 70 years. In 2015, Kobayashi was approved to use the Gluten-Free certificate mark to their products.
Kobayashi are proud to have wheat free noodles. Each packet contains dried noodles and soup made without animal materials, therefore it is also vegan. A lovely umami flavour hit!
