Ipoh Menglembu Sang Kee Ear Biscuit was founded in 1947. In the 1940s, Mr. Kong and his wife took the recipe for ear biscuits from China to Malaysia. In the early days of the establishment, they experienced unstable years. With an unyielding spirit, the couple constantly improved the recipe to match the local taste. The ear biscuit is still the favourite amongst customers to this day! Mr. Kong’s Sang Kee Ear Biscuit has been passed down to their third generation. Upholding the spirit of the founders, they aim to bring you ear biscuits full of hometown flavour!
