Shipping policy
Australia-wide delivery
We endeavour to ship orders within 1-2 business days (not including any public
holidays) from when the order is received and payment processed. However, this may take up to 4 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) in times of high volume.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details and estimated delivery time frame.
We use different couriers/delivery service providers to deliver your order, depending on the location and weight of your consignment, and will NOT be held responsible for any courier delays incurred.
To find out your shipping charges, add the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Your shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page. Please note our special conditions for bulky/heavy parcels shipping to regional/rural areas across Australia below.
Authority to leave the parcel
Someone needs to be home to receive your order, however, if no one is home and you have requested for your order to be left somewhere you think is safe, then we will do so. Please note in this case we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels if they have been delivered with authority to leave the parcel request.
Undeliverable packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, a re-delivery cost will apply if the parcel has to be resent.
Changes to your order
As food items are fast-moving consumer goods, we may run out of stock often. If our supplier has also run out of stock, we will notify you so you can decide to substitute it with another item or receive a refund. If you decide to substitute it with another item, we will either issue you a refund for the difference or send you a link to pay for additional charges where applicable.
If you change your mind about your order, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please email or message us via Facebook/website messenger. We are not able to amend your order once it has been processed and dispatched.

Exceptions and exemptions
*For bulky/heavy orders (over 15kg), an extra charge will be incurred based on the couriers' charge - we will endeavour to absorb this as much as possible if we can. We will email you to discuss this before we dispatch to give you the option of whether you want to proceed or cancel the order.
**The above shipping rates only apply to Australian metro postcodes. If you use a discount code, the free delivery will apply on orders $130+ AFTER any discounts are applied.
***Regional/rural, NT & Tasmania postcodes are not eligible for free shipping. We will instead subside part of the postage and you will need to cover the rest of the postage fees.

Next-day shipping
Place an order by 10:00 am daily and have the parcel delivered by 9:00 pm the next day.
For example, if the order is placed before 10:00 am Monday, it will arrive by 9:00 pm the next day.
But if the order is placed after 10:00 am Monday, it will arrive by 9:00 pm Wednesday, as the order missed the cut-off.
Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday; no weekends or public holidays.
If the parcel is undeliverable, the courier will hold and reattempt delivery the next business day.
Express shipping
Do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Only available to metropolitan areas. (remote and regional areas are excluded)
Parcel dimension is limited up to 20L.
Express vs standard shipping
For standard shipping, the parcel will arrive within 2-4 business days for same-city shipping and delivery to other metro cities in 5-7 business days.
For express shipping, the parcel will arrive the next business day for same-city shipping (that’s overnight during the work week), and delivery to other metro cities in 2–3 business days.
Express shipping does not mean express fulfilment. The standard fulfilment (1-2 days) process still applies. Please reach out to the team if you have a special request.
Pick-up option
The following terms and conditions need to be adhered to when the pick-up option is chosen at the checkout:
- Pick-up is available from our Banksmeadow warehouse at a pre-arranged time only. We will contact you via the mobile number you leave on your order.
- Pick-up is only available at a pre-agreed time during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 10am - 3pm
- Sunday: 12pm - 3pm
- Please DO NOT TURN UP at the warehouse without pre-arranging with us prior.
- If you can not make the pre-arranged pick-up time, please notify us at the very latest by the actual pick-up time and pick up within 48 hours from then.
- We will hold the order for 5 days from the date of the order placed.
- If the order is not picked up within 5 days from the date of order, we reserve the right to refund you the order and the products will be released back into stock. This is because we do not have a lot of room to store orders due to the volume that comes through our warehouse.
- Absolutely NO CASH is kept on the premises and we are not set up with EFTPOS facilities.
- If you decide to pick up some more products on the day of the pick-up, an (additional) online order needs to be placed at least 1 hour before your arranged pick-up time to give us enough time to organise the picking and packing.
- If you make an additional order prior to pick-up and originally used a discount code, the original discount code can not be used on the additional order.
- The order will generally come in an unsealed box so that you can check the items at pick-up and it also cuts down on materials used for packing - better for the environment!
- Please bring a form of photo ID and show us the original invoice email sent to you as proof that you are the owner of the order. If someone else is to pick up on your behalf, please make comments on the order/text us/or email us prior. We will require a signature on the invoice we have at pick up as confirmation of pick-up.
