Cucur Udang, or Prawn fritter is a favourite's Malay breakfast or teatime menu. There are few variations of cucur udang, some with shrimp top on the batter, some with oblong size, and some like I'm sharing now, small size balls. You can serve cucur udang in many ways, you can serve with fried tofu and cucumber or just serve by itself. As for the sauce.... anything goes but the popular cucur udang sauces are peanut sauce or chilli sauce.
