Ang Ku Kueh is Hokkien for red tortoise cakes (glutinous rice cakes with sweet fillings). Ang Ku is most commonly filled with mung bean or peanut fillings and moulded into the shape of a tortoise (or other shapes) to signify longevity.
Available in two different shapes - leaf and tortoise
