Loke Kee is a well known Malaysia brand which was originally founded in Ipoh, Perak in 1947. Shat Kek Ma the name may sound a bit strange, but this is one awesomely delicious biscuit snack. Deep fried flour biscuits are packed together and bound by a delicious caramel to give you a heavenly, crunchy honeycomb snack! Usually found in the northern region of Malaysia, this snack has also become a favourite in local pasar malams (night markets), if you're fortunate enough to spot them!
