Coconut Sticky Rice or better known as Lemang, is an iconic food during the Hari Raya Festive Season. Malay Muslims use lemang to replace white rice and pair with their other dishes during the festive season. Traditionally, it is cooked in a hollowed bamboo tube coated with banana leaves in order to prevent the rice from sticking to the bamboo.
