Uncle James Char Siew Sauce is a true and authentic sauce, one of the very best, very close to Hong Kong finest char siew sauce. You can use it for chicken, lamb, beef other than pork. Prick the meat with plenty of holes, marinate the meat overnight with the sauce and put in a hot oven of 200C for twenty minutes.
